Weekend Rentals

The studio is often used for special events on weekends.
Weekend rentals are available but special rules apply.

Special Rules for Weekend Rentals
1.   The studio may be booked for non-exclusive use, most weekends after 4:00PM
     
2.   The studio is available for hourly, exclusive rental, before 1:00PM or after 7:00PM
     
3.   Exclusive morning rentals, before 1:00PM require 14 day advanced notice.
4.   Full day weekend rentals are available with fourteen day advanced notice.
     
5. Non-Exclusive, ful-day, weekend rentals are not available until 7:00PM.
     
6..   Early morning rentals must end by 9:00AM

$  50hr   Small Exclusive Rental

DAY RATE   8 hours paid gets a 10 hour day-Night Premium Applies
NIGHT PREMIUMt RATE   $25hr premium for all hours after 11:00PM
     
Included in Rental   Use of all lights and grip equpment
    Use of up to four, Pocket Wizard Receivers
    Use of all muslin backgrounds
    Wireless Internet
    Use of all props, sets and wardrobe
    Assistance with lighting and equipment
    FREE PARKING AT THE STUDIO
     
Seamless Paper Backgrounds   $20 per color used per shoot
Photo / Video Editing System   $20hr (Adobe Master Collection, CS4)
$25 per Rental   Use of Nikon Camera while renting studio
$10 per unit per rental   Pocket Wizard Transmitters (up to six)
 
Definitions of Rentals and Limitations
 
RENTAL TYPE DESCRIPTION
Large Exclusive Rental   No more than ten photographers; and
    No restrictions on number of models or clients; and
    No restrictions on crew size; and
    $25 per rental per photographer over ten
    Commercial Use permitted
    Group shoots and workshops permitted
    $500 damage deposit required at time of rental
    No other client will use studio during rental period
    FOUR HOUR MINIMUM
     
Medium Exclusive Rental   No more than three photographers; and
    No more than six models or clients; and
    No restrictions on crew size
    Group shoots and workshops not permitted
    Commercial use permitted
    No other client will use studio at during rental period
    THREE HOUR MINIMUM
     
Small Exclusive Rentalal   No more than two photographers; and
    No more than three models or clients; and
    Make-up artist and one crew member permitted
Group shoots and workshops not permitted
    Commercial use permitted
    No other client will use studio at during rental period
    TWO HOUR MINIMUM
     
Non-Exclusive Rental   One photographer only; and
No more than two models; and
    Non-commercial use only - clients not permitted
    Other clients may rent studio during same time period
    TWO HOUR MINIMUM
